1. About us

These terms apply to locksmith services provided by MC Locksmiths, a sole trader business owned by Morgan C., trading from 28 Walden Court, Canterbury, Kent CT2 7JQ, United Kingdom. Not VAT registered.

2. Quotes & pricing

Phone quotes are estimates based on the information you provide. The final price is confirmed on site before any work begins. Daytime call out is £95, £120 after 5pm and £150 after 10pm. Any additional work is agreed before it begins.

3. Consumer rights

Where you are a consumer, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 - services must be carried out with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.

4. Right to cancel

For non urgent off premises bookings you have a 14 day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If you ask us to start emergency work within that period, you may be charged for work completed before cancelling.

5. Guarantee

Workmanship is guaranteed for up to 12 months from the date of installation. Hardware carries the manufacturer's warranty, which typically ranges from 1 to 10 years depending on the product.

6. Insurance

Public liability insurance: £5,000,000. Certificate of insurance available on request.

7. Complaints

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
